The only thing she had been having done lately was highlights, highlights, and, some more highlights.
Her blonde layers were over-processed and needed some contrast.
I balayaged in an extended root and lowlights, and brought some light down throughout her under layers. once rinsed, I toned all blonde areas with a nice light ash blonde. This left her with lots of sparkle and shine!
I then cleaned up her hair cut and she was ready to go!
